Operations and Supply Chain Management (Certificate)

The Operations and Supply Chain Management Certificate program provides students with in-depth knowledge of the entire supply chain process, from raw materials to finished products. With an emphasis on studying the flows of goods and information that move through individual firms and across interconnected firms, this certificate program allows students to develop the skills needed to design and improve the systems that align sources of supply and service fulfillment with customer demand.
