The ITAO Department serves as a hub for innovation and impact at the intersection of information technology, business analytics, and operations and supply chain management. Guided by NC State University’s motto, “Think and Do,” we combine rigorous analytical thinking with hands-on, real-world application. We equip students and professionals with the tools to harness and analyze data, optimize processes, and design technology-driven solutions to complex business challenges. Business Analytics Honors Program
The Business Analytics Honors Program offers eligible Poole College undergraduate students additional preparation for careers in the high-demand field of business analytics. The Business Analytics Honors Program combines challenging analytics coursework with a practicum course that engages students with local employers working on real world business analytics projects. Admission to this program is competitive and based on prior academic achievement.
